The Depot Market is Coming Soon!
As a part of its mission to provide programs to enrich our community, The Callicoon Depot Inc. (CDI) is excited to announce the upcoming launch of its Depot Market. On the second Sunday of each month beginning in August, local makers, crafters, artists, artisans and vendors of all kinds will sell their wares outside the Callicoon Depot from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm. We look forward to seeing you there. And please help spread the word!

Vendor Invitation
Vendors interested in selling at the Depot Market are invited to fill out the application form below. Upon acceptance, vendors will secure their space by submitting payment.

Vendor Details
The Depot Market will be held every second Sunday of the month from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm, beginning August 10, 2025.
Participating vendors will need to supply their own tents, signage, tables, chairs and any other fixtures needed for the event. Wifi will be available for your use (i.e., to accept electronic payments). At this time, electrical outlets are not available, so please plan accordingly. Each vendor space is approximately 10’ x 10’.
Price: Each 10’x10’ space is $60 per monthly event. If you would like to be a recurring vendor each month, you will be billed at the end of the previous month.
Set up: The Depot Market outdoor area will open at 9:00 am for vendors to begin setting up. You may pull up outside of the Depot to unload, but then must park off-site, as we do not have parking available at the Depot.

Indemnification Waiver
By submitting this application, the Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold the Callicoon Depot Inc. (CDI), the Callicoon Business Association Inc. (CBA), and their respective officers, members, employees, agents, representatives, officials, affiliates and volunteers harmless from any and all loss, claim, actions, costs or liabilities associated with participation in the Callicoon Depot Market events, use of its property, authorized activity, and related activities described herein, including liability for damages to property or for injuries or death to persons which may arise from, or be attributable or incident to the use by the Vendor and its employees, agents, representatives and concessionaires. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold the CDI and CBA harmless from any lien claimed or asserted for labor, materials, or services furnished to Vendor in connection with participation in the Event. With respect to any suit or claim by anyone, whether under this indemnification provision or otherwise, Vendor, for itself, its guests, employees and representatives, hereby expressly waives any defense which might preclude or limit either enforcement of this indemnification clause or any reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by the CDI or CBA, or the Town of Delaware or other Vendors securing compliance with the provision of this agreement.
